Welcome to the New Millennium Leader Academy - where self-actualising humans come to experience transformation, sustenance and empowerment.
The Academy provides immersive experiences that take you to the heart of New Millennium Leadership approaches, principles, and attributes.
Why New Millennium Leadership?
The world is calling for a more humane, soulful and transformative experience of leadership. The Academy helps you to access your inner knowledge on how to live and lead in more healthy, soulful and enriching ways.
Most personal and leadership development programs are either based on old world paradigms (which limit leadership potential) or new age rhetoric (often too far from reality to be applied).
New Millennium Leader - The Academy is deeply soulful and highly pragmatic. Taking into account both the world as it is, and the world as it can be, The Academy enlivens and empowers you to participate in co-creating a new paradigm of leadership and living.
Is the academy right for me?
To participate you will be delighted by the opportunity for deep reflection, bringing out more of your potential and making a more positive impact on the world around you.
You do NOT need to be in a formal leadership role to join the program. A fundamental understanding of New Millennium Leadership is that everyone can awaken and live their self-leadership potential.

The Academy exists to help you to connect with and express inherent leadership qualities and attributes in a way that is unique to you and your context.
It recognises that self-realisation is an individual process, (not a formula) that is made meaningful in the context of your broader environments and relationships.
An antithesis to leader-or human-as-dominator world views.
The Academy appreciates that engagement with soulful leadership qualities allows us to return to wholeness. This wholeness supports greater health in ourselves and in the systems we are part of—our organisations, communities, and families.
The Experience
The Academy begins with a foundation series - Self-Authoring
You gain access to each stage of Self-Authoring as the previous stage is completed. Alison collates and answers questions monthly either in writing or through video or audio updates.

The Experience
Upon completion of Self-Authoring (the foundation series) you are invited to participate in Self-Transforming which is the heart of The Academy experience.
Self-Transforming is an emergent and continually enriching experience for participants.
What is unique about Self-Transforming is that new experiences are continually created in response to participant needs and the changing context we live in.
Alison collates and answers questions monthly either in writing or through video or audio updates.
Additionally, within Self-Transforming there is a rich foundational curriculum of experiences which participants can work through in a way that is right for them (see below).
As a participant in Self-Transforming, you'll also receive a copy of the book Leadership for the New Millennium, and be first to gain access to invitation-only retreats, events, and experiences.
